FAQ: GENERAL QUESTIONS
How do I order?
You can select the type of custom order you would like to place from the custom menu’s drop down options.
To ensure the accuracy of your order, we currently do not take custom orders over the phone. Orders for regular/specialty donuts (not custom) for a future pick-up date, however, are fine to take over the phone. All other orders should be made online through our website.
When should I make my order?
The earlier the better! Dates can get booked up quickly and we cannot guarantee that every order submitted can be fulfilled. To better serve you, we recommend a week in advance to make sure we get your order processed and ready to go!
Can I get my donuts shipped?
We have partnered with Almost Anything, a third-party delivery service, to provide the most seamless service to anyone in the Los Angeles area. Please indicate that you are interested in the delivery service when you request an order through any of the online forms!
Unfortunately, in order to keep our donuts as fresh as possible for our customers, we do not ship our donuts outside of the greater Los Angeles area.
Any tips before ordering?
Keep in mind that the donut box your order will typically come in is only 16″ wide. We recommend you abbreviate or shorten your sayings, because not only will this save you money, but it will also ensure that it will fit into the box without it being broken into two lines. For example, opt for “BDAY” instead of “BIRTHDAY”.
How do I go about picking up?
Your custom order will be ready at the time you requested on your form at our only location at 3540 W. 3rd St., Los Angeles, CA 90020. Once you’ve arrived, please skip the line and approach one of our windows if a customer is not being helped. Once an employee is available, let them know you’re there to pick up a custom order and we’ll get you on your merry way!
Can I save my donuts for tomorrow?
All donuts should be ordered on the day they will be enjoyed. As we’d love you to enjoy your donuts at its peak freshness, it’s not recommended to keep overnight. All donuts with mixed or Speciality toppings should be eaten within a few hours from pick-up to ensure freshness of toppings (this especially applies to all cereal toppings).
I have a peanut allergy. Are you a nut-free facility?
Sorry, we are not a peanut/tree nut free facility.
All our donuts are made on the same equipment and in the same workspace so, unfortunately, there is possibility of cross contamination.
I already submitted my order, but have a question or need to make a change.
If your order is scheduled for tomorrow, please contact our storefront at (213)385-3318 and be prepared to provide us with the name on the order. If it is not scheduled for tomorrow, please contact us immediately through email at hello@cadonuts.com.
We urge that you refrain from calling our storefront if your order is not scheduled for tomorrow as we are a separate department that handles custom orders and can better assist you through email. Thank you for understanding!
I would like to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
All orders to be 100% refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the order date/time.
Sorry, no refunds for no shows or same day cancellations.
